Pam Medlin - Beginning Strings Teacher
Pam graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BM in K-12 Music Education as a string specialist. She is a member of the Music Educators National Conference and American String Teacher Association. As a certified educator, Pam has taught in public and private schools in areas of general music, chorus, elementary through high school orchestras, and has 25 years experience in teaching children and adults in a studio situation. She has served as a judge for the North Carolina All-State Orchestra Auditions and has performed professionally in many venues throughout the community.
Pam is currently employed by Horizon Christian Academy in Cumming, as the Elementary Music Specialist, and the New School of Music in Buford, as piano and violin studio teacher. Pam says, “ I like to challenge my students and encourage good technique, while at the same time; have fun in creating music for lifelong enjoyment.”
